On average, how much does corporate housing cost?
Corporate housing is much cheaper, and more comfortable, than
a hotel. Location and availability will affect costs, but here is
an example of the price for a typical furnished apartment:
1 bedroom: $1750.00 - $2250.00 per month which equals $58.33 -
$75.00 per day
2 bedroom: $2095.00 - $2625.00 per month which equals $75-$94 per
day
What
is included in the price?
Your rental fees include all of the following: base rent of
the apartment, utilities, furnishings, kitchen and housewares packages,
linens (bedding and towels), television with basic cable, local
phone service, monthly housekeeping (optional), washer/dryer (in
most units), covered parking or garage (where available), and full
use of the community facilities. Other options are also offered
to personalize your package to your needs.
Where can I rent an apartment?
Short-term rentals are available throughout the Metroplex including
Dallas, Fort Worth, Denton, Plano, Mesquite, Garland, McKinney,
and many more. We work with communities throughout the Metroplex,
so feel free to contact us about any area. We also work with providers
across the United States, so we can help you with your relocation
needs anywhere you need to go.
Who are your clients?
Over the years, we have served thousands of clients ranging

What is the process for billing and payment?
Each month we will invoice you for the upcoming rental month
as well as any other additional charges that were acquired during
the previous month. You can choose your invoice method by having
it sent either directly to you or having it billed directly to your
corporate account. Rent is always due on the first day of each month.
Company checks and major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and American
Express) can be accepted as payment for your rental.
